Refund policy
At The Florist Supply Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations.
Return Authorization Required
All returns require prior authorization from The Florist Supply Shop before merchandise is sent back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Return Eligibility
Approved returns must meet the following conditions:
- Merchandise must be returned within 20 days of the purchase date
- Products must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any inner cartons and packing materials
- A copy of the invoice or proof of purchase must be included
Products returned that do not comply with this policy may be refused or subject to additional fees.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Seasonal merchandise
- Misused, damaged, or abused products
- Products not in original condition
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Merchandise
If you receive:
- Incorrect merchandise
- Damaged merchandise
- Defective products
- Missing items from your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we may review and resolve the issue promptly.
Approved damaged or defective items may be replaced, refunded, or credited at the discretion of our Customer Care Department.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The incorrect item was shipped by The Florist Supply Shop
- The item arrived damaged or defective due to our error
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds & Credits
Once returned merchandise is received and inspected, approved refunds or account credits will be processed.
Refunds may be issued:
- Back to the original payment method, or
- As store credit/account credit, depending on the nature of the return
Please allow reasonable processing time after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. While we will try our best to accommodate order cancellations, please note that since we strive to fulfill orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, cancellation may not be guaranteed once the fulfillment process has begun.
If your order has already shipped, you may still request a return in accordance with this policy once the merchandise is delivered.

Limitation of Liability
The Florist Supply Shop’s sole and exclusive liability is limited to the replacement, refund, or credit of the purchased merchandise, at our discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Florist Supply Shop shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
