We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. Shipping costs and delivery methods are displayed during checkout.

A. Estimated Delivery Dates

All shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise by the carrier.

Carrier delays, weather events, operational interruptions, freight congestion, and other circumstances beyond our control may impact delivery times.

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers or external events.

B. Freight & Pallet Deliveries

Certain orders may ship via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) freight carriers.

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring delivery access for freight vehicles;
• Providing a loading dock, forklift, or selecting liftgate service where required;
• Being available to receive and inspect shipments.

Missed deliveries, inaccessible locations, or failure to prepare for delivery may result in additional charges, including storage, redelivery, and accessorial fees.

C. Inspection Requirements

Customers must inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.

Visible damage, shortages, or delivery issues must be noted with the carrier and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to timely report damage may impact eligibility for replacement, refund, or freight claims.

D. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products, including aerosol or hazardous materials, may be restricted from expedited or air shipping services due to applicable carrier or transportation regulations.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns require prior authorization from The Florist Supply Shop.

A. Return Conditions

Authorized returns must:

• Be returned within 20 days of purchase;
